Simple application that turns your device display into a ruler and lets you measure small items.

You may change back and forth between metric and imperial units (mm or inches), switch to measuring mode where you tap the screen or use the trackball to measure an object within the confines of a circle or square. You may also manually enter the desired length and then verify an item's size. This Ruler is configured for the TMobile G1 and may need to be recalibrated for other Android devices, which is easily achieved through the Recalibrate feature.  You can also use the backlit feature to get a bright white background that can be seen through a sheet of paper.

Version 1.4.1 of this application is the last version that supports pre-Cupcake (1.5) releases of Android. If you have an older version of Android, click here to install version 1.4.1 of Ruler.
